The Settlement Seminar Centre is on a 20 acre site, nestled in a circleof community houses.  Visitors are welcome to explore the site.Thebuildings are award winning design, modern, simple, comfortable andwell maintained. Access to all buildings is wheelchair friendly. Accessbetween the Quiet Room, Commonroom/Dining, Sleepinghouse, toilets allunder cover.Units are within 30 metres. Visitors are welcome to use the 12 metrepool at their own risk.All facilities are protected by a fire detection and alarm system.Smoking is not permitted inthe buildings. We ask that alcohol not be brought into or consumed on the premises.
